We are currently experiencing a high demand of orders. Please allow 2-3 days for processing time.

The number of days stated above are BUSINESS DAYS. We do not ship on major US holidays. During busy periods please allow 2-3 days for processing time.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

International shipping cost will be calculated based on your address.

USPS (United States Postal Service) – $10.99  Delivery takes 2-3 business

Fed-Ex Standard Overnight – $40
Fed-Ex 2nd Day Delivery – $30
Fed-Ex 3rd Day Delivery – $20

ALL hair shipments require a signed signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be left at doorsteps or mailboxes.

We do not ship on weekends or National Holidays.

ON LINE ORDERS & PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  If your product is not in stock, we will advise you immediately.    All orders placed by 2pm will ship the same day Monday- Friday if it’s in stock. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day.

* Bee Kuute Lace Wigs and wholesale orders ships 2-7 business days after payment is received.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We believe in the integrity of our products. If you are not satisfied with any order you placed through www.beekuute.com, then you may contact us at brenda@beekuute.com after inspection we will review your request to refund the product.

*Products must be unopened in original packaging to be considered. Opened products will not be accepted for a refund.

*Bee Kuute Raw Human Hair Products

Due to the nature of some of our human hair products, there is a No Refund  / Exchange Only Policy. Please review and inspect your hair order upon receipt. We will accept exchanges of undamaged, uncut, merchandise within 10 day of receipt of your purchase. You must advise us prior to returning any products so we can issue a Return Invoice. We’ll send you a new length or hair texture upon receipt of exchanged hair. Please print and enclose the original sales receipt with your return.
